Our story

It started on the Red Sea.

Thirty-three years, one coast at a time. Follow the line: every place it touches is a chapter of the company.

  1. 1992

    Founded in Hurghada

    REDCON is founded on the Red Sea coast, building for a resort town that was growing fast.

  2. 2005

    To Cairo

    The company expands to the capital. Its headquarters now stand in New Cairo's Fifth Settlement.

  3. 2017

    The national projects

    REDCON joins the national projects building New Alamein, Egypt's new city on the Mediterranean.

  4. 2019

    Golden Gate

    Golden Gate begins in New Cairo. It becomes the first commercial centre in Egypt certified both LEED and EDGE Advanced.

  5. 2024

    Into the Kingdom

    REDCON International takes the group into Saudi Arabia, with a USD 250 million expansion.

  6. 2026

    Today

    59 projects running at once, from the Mediterranean to the Red Sea, and 2,900 people building them.
